**Pre-Approved Contract Types**

Managers can now mark a pre-authorized Contract Type as a pre-approved template in Dolphin 365. This will enable readers to download a copy of that contract type and send out to their counter parties with no changes.

A manager can mark a contract type as pre-approved when creating it.

Also, a manager can mark the pre-approved status while editing an existing contract type.

Readers can download copies of pre-approved templates so that they can distribute the templates to relevant counter parties.

**Contract Request - Return to Requestor**

When reviewing an approved and assigned contract request, the reviewer can now send it back to the requestor for further information simply by clicking "return to requestor".

**Contract Request History**

Now users can view the audit history on contract requests and track down how a particular request has progressed.

**Workflow termination upon approver rejection**

Now the admin users can configure their Dolphin instances so that a rejection in a workflow approval will terminate that ongoing workflow.

**Lock review contract edits for approvers**

Now the admin users can configure their Dolphin instances so that the editing of contract properteis and the document will be locked to approvers within the workflow.

**Active Workflow Status Report**

Dolphin 365 now provides users a report on ongoing workflows. This report displays a summary of all the ongoing workflows which the user has permission to view. 
Report also includes some important information like ongoing worklow status and the pending approvals.

**Customize generic date properties**

Now managers can customize the out of the box date properties (i.e. Start Date, End Date, Renewal Date and Reminder Date) in a contract type. 
A manager can do any of the following modifications.

* Rename the date property.
* Hide the date property or make it visible.
* Make the date property mandatory or optional.

**Reassigning current approver in a workflow**

Dolphin 365 leverages the workflow manager with the ability to replace current approver in a workflow. 

**Automatic replacement of workflow manager by the workflow overseer**

Now your Dolphin admin user can designate a user as the wokflow overseer. 
After that point onwards whenever a workflow is triggered in the system the workflow manager will be automatically overriden by the the overseer.

**Permission trimmng in dolphin reports**

Dolphin 365 now associate contract permissions with the corresponding report entries. Consequqntly users can only view report entries that they are authorized to view.
